I have to admit I was a tad bit skeptical about the 30-Minute Workout, at first. I found it hard to
believe that such an effective workout could be achieved in 30 minutes or less. I have achieved
fantastic results since I began the 30-Minute Workout routines, such as, weight loss, increased
muscle tone, improved strength, and an in increase in stamina. I was very happily surprised by the
results, especially with how
fast the results were achieved. I would recommend the 30-Minute
Workout to anyone who has an interest in his or her health and well-being.

I was very skeptical about the 30 minute workout because I didn't think it was going to be enough
for me. I'm used to my daily workouts being anywhere from 1-1 1/2 hours. I've had excellent
results using the 30 minute workout especially in my legs, thighs and behind!! :) I was very
surprised by how good of a workout just 30 minutes can produce!! It's nice that the workouts
change everytime as well...keeps my muscles working even more! I would recommend this
workout to those woman who want a quality workout in a condensed time!! I no longer can use the
excuse "I don't have time", nor do I want to anymore.

On the Home Bodyweight Fat Loss Workout:
"I followed the beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts of the Lean Body Training Home
Bodyweight Fat Loss Workouts. I was intimidated that I wouldn't be able to complete even the
beginner program. Also, because of my skepticism, I took baby steps and held off on starting the
eating plan until I felt more confident, which wasn't until a few weeks into the intermediate workout.
Initially, after completing the beginner workout, I lost a few pounds and after finishing the
advanced workout and having been on the eating plan for approximately two and a half months I
lost an additional 25 pounds. Definitely surprised by the results. When I decided to start the
program I didn't even have an actual goal in mind as to how much weight I wanted to lose
because I never thought it was possible. However, after I started seeing results, I set a goal and
stuck to it. I was a carboholic before I started the nutritional plan and was worried that I wouldn't
be able to stick with it. After approximately a week and a half the carb cravings were gone and I
actually started looking forward to the meals. There are such a wide variety of food choices that
even a picky eater like myself had no trouble finding foods I love to eat. Once I made up my mind
to follow the eating plan I didn't find it to be very difficult to stick to it, even with a busy lifestyle. I
would recommend this program to anyone who is serious about losing weight and who desires a
healthy lifestyle."

"I was excited about the try out days we were able to attend prior to registering for the class. We
were able to check it out and see if we liked it before joining, which I think was a good way to
gauge interest level. So, skeptical...no, excited...YES! I love a challenge! The results I've seen so
far are in how strong I feel. Prior to taking the class, I didn't do much weight work and focused
mainly on cardio. I realize now, after having been in the course for about 2 months, that this type
of work out is so much better for my body. I can see my muscles in my arms, my abs are tighter,
and I'm getting stronger every time I go to class. People comment on my toning and how strong I
am now, and I didn't get that when I focused so much on cardio. Feeling strong is AMAZING!! I
don't think I was surprised by the results as much as I am extremely motivated and energized by
the results. I think I'm more surprised at what I can do now, as a result. Prior to the class I wouldn't
even think about doing push-ups, because they were so challenging, but now I do them as a daily
routine. The stronger I get the more motivated I am to keep going, and challenging myself in
different ways. I don't feel like there is anything I can't do! I recommend this class to be daily!
Everyone I talk to who is physically active, and even those who aren't, I am constantly trying to get
them to try it out. I tell people of all ages and of all fitness levels. I love this class, and want others
to love it too!!"

(Kickboxing) I am very pleased with the results. I have lost 20 pounds this summer, several

"I was referred by a business friend, we are in the Allen Park Chamber together and I took her
couples massage class through the Allen Park Recreation Center. I was skeptical about this
class because I have developed knee spurs and have constant pain... but the pain to remain the
same was getting worse! I am pain free and flexible again and feel so much stronger, plus I feel
more positive and sleep better... and more confident. I thought I would never be able to sit
crossed legged on the floor again! I'm absolutely surprised by my results, plus I did not have post
exercise pain,,, it was fun and I wanted to test my limits which I change with every session. I want
to live full out and classes like this help me step in that direction...I recommend this class to
anyone who is wanting to be on top of their game in their personal best for health, fitness &
mental self control. I like what I am learning and doing for myself. Anyone can do this if they have a
desire to take responsibility to change oneself. Size, age and ability do not matter, desire to take
action is the ignition and belief is the fuel. Just do it!"

"I was extremely anxious to start this class because it looked exactly like the type of class I have
been looking for. Results are great! I've lost probably close to 6lbs and I am getting much
stronger. The first couple of weeks I could not even do one push-up on the ground, I had to do
them on the wall, now I can do many regular pushups and am getting stronger each week. I could
tell after the first class that this is a class I would see results with. I recommend this class to
everyone I know that is even the slightest bit interested in fitness and their health. I have told many
friends that they should check it out because such a wide variety of levels are offered for each
exercise. There is a level for everybody, beginner, intermediate and advanced."

"I wasn't skeptical about this class because I read your website. I have enough knowledge of
athletic training to know what works. Even though I was already practicing a tough exercise
regime I have noticed increased strength and endurance. This increases strength has helped me
in my trapeze class. Since you can modify the movements I believe the class is great for both the
beginner or someone who wants to really push themselves."

"I was skeptical about this class at first because I thought it would be too difficult and hard on my
wrists and knees. I was already in the kick boxing class once a week then I added one fat loss
class. I lost 7 lbs in a month and a half. I have enjoyed it so much I am now going two times a
week along with my kick boxing class one time a week. I am 44 years old and I am in better
shape than when I was in my twenties. And no, I am not kidding. My abdominals, legs, and arms
are very defined. I have more energy and self-confidence than I have had in a long time. Yes, it is
hard work, but when you leave you will be amazed how wonderful you feel. Michael is a wonderful
instructor and knows that not everyone is on the same level. So he shows his class a low,
medium, and high impact example for each exercise. He also mixes up the exercises for each
class so we are not working the same body parts every time (and he plays good music)."

"I was very skeptical about the class! I have always been overweight and didn't think I could keep
up with the exercises, especially because my friend who recommended it is in extremely good
shape. I kept thinking, ha, yeah right, there's no way I could do this class if she does it and says it
challenges her. Plus I didn't want to go to a class full of "skinny" people and be the only one who
still had some weight to lose. However, I had nothing to worry about. The class is wonderful
because it is geared for all fitness levels. Mike is there to make sure you are doing the exercises
correctly and to push you somewhat but not to be overbearing and make you feel as if you are
being bossed around. I lost ten pounds in the first 6 weeks. My muscles are gaining some
definition and feeling tight and it is an absolute wonderful feeling. I am also becoming stronger,
when I started the class I couldn't do a pushup at all and six weeks later I am making great
progress and doing pushups on my knees. I truly look forward to coming to the class because I
work hard and can truly feel my body changing. I feel like I can accomplish anything. Mike is an
excellent instructor, not only does he take the time during class to guide you through the workout,
he answers all your questions to help you outside of class as well. I feel like he really is interested
in helping me make the best decisions in regard to my workouts as well as my weight loss plan.
He gives you the right tools so you can see your hard work pay off with great results. I am serious
when I say, if I can do this and enjoy it this much, then I know everyone else can to!"
